Rumenco purchased Uniblock to grow and expand its business in Ireland, and it is now Ireland’s largest producer of licking buckets under the Uniblock, Lifeline and Mixrite brands.

Bonanza Calf Nutrition was established to offer farmers in the UK and Ireland a range of superior milk replacers for rearing their dairy heifer replacements, beef calves and lambs.  Our brand leaders, Shine, Transformula, Ewe-reka and Milky Way are used successfully on farms throughout the UK and Europe.

Nettex was acquired by Rumenco to add animal nutrition and health care products for ruminants, horses and companion animals to their portfolio. Renowned for their colostrums, drenches, marking products and equine complete care solutions.

Progiene was founded in 2013 to provide an innovative range of quality teat dips, circulation cleaners, disinfectants and hoof and bedding hygiene products. Digicur footbaths and Dual Defence teat dips are market leading brands in the UK.

Nettex acquired a cGMP Veterinary Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility expanding its manufacturing capabilities into contract manufacture / toll manufacture production of veterinary pharmaceuticals.

Rumenco Holdings was renamed as Novatec to better represent our portfolio of companies. Novatec was born from our mission of Innovation through Technology.

Rumenco purchases Owens Nutrition, a niche family owned business providing UK farms with bespoke mineral and feed buckets, milk powders and protein concentrates to continue to expand Rumenco’s offering in the UK.
